Equipment
To constantly guarantee a high level of security, Alpetrans uses numerous surveillance systems:
- - load and vehicle theft prevention by means of satellite anti-theft and robbery control systems, 24h/24h monitoring, GPS;
- - monitoring of rear door opening and unhitching of semitrailers;
- - journey monitoring through an "escorted journey" system which involves the use of automated monitoring of departure, loading and unloading points, end of journey and tracking;
- - automatic monitoring of vehicle running efficiency;
- - emergency help alarm;
Staff
The drivers undergo periodic courses to be updated and made aware of road safety issues in order to carry out their duties with commitment and responsibility.
